Mr. Jin brings nearly seven years of experience in asset management, interstate and intrastate mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of commercial transactions. In addition to his role as an attorney, he previously served as a temporary outside counsel for the Asset Management Association of China, where he contributed to drafting industry self-regulatory guidelines, as well as reviewing private fund filings and private fund management company registrations.In the field of transactions, Mr. Jin has extensive experience in equity investments, asset acquisitions across China and the United States, de-SPAC transactions, and other complex commercial deals.
