Mrs. Hai focuses on capital market practices, delivering full-life-cycle legal services to listed companies, their controlling shareholders and industrial groups, covering IPOs, refinancing, material asset reorganizations, control transactions, corporate governance and securities compliance.

She led the control transfer project of Boya Bio (300294.SZ) from GTJA, which received 2021 M&A Awards from Asian Legal Business, IFLR and China Business Law Journal. Her other key engagements include the sale of 100% equity in Nanyue Bio to Shanghai RAAS (002252.SZ), and transfer of control over a Simcere Group subsidiary to Leadman (300289.SZ).

Mrs. Hai has led or participated in IPOs of LTEP (603797.SH), KDL (002850.SZ), JSSMDL  (603530.SH) and Beijing Surgerii Robotics Company Limited (STAR Market). She has handled capital operation and refinancing projects for multiple listed companies including Boya Bio (300294.SZ), Tofflon (300171.SZ), SHENZHENKINGDOMSCI-TECHCO.,LTD (600446.SH), Wisesoft (002253.SZ), Wedge Industrial Co.,Ltd. (000534.SZ) and NewVision (688593.SH), covering public and private share offerings, share-settled asset acquisitions, convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, material asset acquisitions and asset swaps.
