Represented the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund, a RMB 147.2 billion state-level fund, in its investments in sub-funds established by CITIC Goldstone Investment (approximately RMB 30 billion), CDB Capital (approximately RMB 50 billion) and Shenzhen Capital Group (approximately RMB 27.5 billion).

Represented the China Structural Reform Fund, a RMB 131 billion state-level fund, in its investment in a fund managed by CITIC PE.
