His practice spans a broad range of key industries, such as high-end manufacturing, real estate, TMT, engineering, energy and infrastructure, fintech, healthcare and new consumption etc.

Mr. Zhao has advised world-leading financial institutions, multinational corporations and investors in the PRC and abroad including, among others, IFC, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, CMB, HSBC, CPPIB, Goldwind, Henkel, Huntsman, PAG, FountainVest, Yunfeng Capital, Gaw Capital, Ares SSG and Brookfield in a number of complex transactions in the PRC as well as cross-border ones with PRC elements.
