With his profound industry experience, Mr. Lu successfully represented clients in completing numerous complex license-in/out transactions, CSO deals, patient support programs, and more, covering all aspects including due diligence, transaction structure design, contract negotiation, contract drafting, etc.

In addition, Mr. Lu focused on data compliance, anti-corruption compliance, and human genetic resources (HGR) compliance, including successfully representing multiple companies in applying with government authorities for the cross-border data transfer (CBDT) as well as the cybersecurity review, responding to government investigations on anti-corruption issues, conducting internal investigations, formulating and enhancing compliance policies and procedures, and assessing compliance risks in innovative business projects.
