Represented LED automotive lamp enterprise in handling a series of disputes including civil patent infringement, patent invalidation, and subsequent invalidation administrative litigation related to utility model and design patents, and ultimately succeeded in invalidating all patents of the opposing party.
Represented railway vibration sensor enterprises in handling a series of disputes including civil patent infringement, patent administrative investigation and punishment, patent invalidation, as well as subsequent invalidation administrative litigation related to invention patents, utility model patents and design patents. In this series of cases, the plaintiff claimed compensation of over ten million yuan. By virtue of our accurate legal research and judgment as well as tailored litigation strategy, we prompted the court to render a ruling of compensation at a minimal amount, thus helping the client cut down losses substantially.
