His practice spans industries such as real estate, data centers, internet services, high technology, advanced manufacturing, finance, healthcare, smart parking solutions, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).

Mr. Ping provides legal services for numerous Fortune 500 multinational corporations, large investment banks, private equity funds, insurance companies, and commercial banks in project transactions in China. His clients include Warburg Pincus, Blackstone, KKR, Apollo, TPG, Singapore's Government Investment Corporation (GIC), Primavera Capital, Hony Capital, DNE Group, ESR Group, Sunsea, and others.Mr. Ping has been involved in numerous equity and debt investments, with extensive experience in the investment field in China.
