Ms. Xu provides legal services to a multitude of Chinese and international companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, fund formation, fund investment and financing, venture capital, banking, and structured finance transactions. The industries involved encompass real estate, healthcare and life sciences, internet, advanced manufacturing, film and entertainment, finance and insurance, education, and others.
Ms. Xu’s clients include Blackstone, Gaolu Group, PAG, Sunda, Primavera Capital, KKR, Warburg Pincus, Goldman Sachs, China Life, and Agricultural Bank of China Life Insurance, among others.

Representing a well-known private equity fund in the sale of its equity interests in a leading public offering of fund manager to a Middle East investor.
Represented ESR, together with Taikang Insurance, in the establishment of a RMB infrastructure fund and the subsequent acquisition, through such fund, of eight high-quality logistics infrastructure projects in China, with an aggregate transaction value of approximately RMB5.8 billion.
Represented Gaolu Capital in the acquisition of four industrial logistics asset packages held by Allianz Group in China.
Represented Blackstone in the acquisition of multiple real estate properties across the industrial logistics, hospitality and office sectors.
Represented KKR in the acquisition of an apartment project developed by Zhongjun Group, and provided ongoing legal advisory services for such apartment project.
Represented New Frontier in the acquisition of United Family Healthcare, and provided PRC legal services for New Frontier’s SPAC listing and the subsequent privatization of New Frontier Health Corporation.
