Mr. Li has provided legal services for transactions in and out of China for many large investment banks, private equity funds, commercial banks, and Fortune 500 multinational corporations. His clients include Blackstone, KKR, TPG, Apollo, Warburg Pincus, Alibaba, Goldman Sachs, GIC, JD.com, JPMorgan Chase, Standard Chartered Bank, General Electric, Thomson Reuters, Primavera Capital, Related Group, DNE Group, ESR Group, among others. He has worked on many equity and debt investment projects and has extensive experience in the investment sector in China. He also provides pro bono legal services to NGOs such as the Stephen A.
