Hu Yang has long specialized in intellectual property, dispute resolution, and capital markets matters within the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector. He is a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and serves on the Young Members Congress of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI). He is also a legal committee member of the China Television Drama Production Industry Association, a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Xicheng District Lawyers Association in Beijing, a member of the Film and Television Law Committee of the Beijing Entertainment Law Society, and a member of the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Research Association. He remains actively engaged at the forefront of the industry, with extensive experience and deep insight into intellectual property protection and dispute resolution in emerging sectors such as film and television, software development, internet technology, gaming, and artificial intelligence.

The latter was not only featured by People’s Court Daily, but also selected as one of the Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Cases in Hefei and its High-Tech Zone, and was recognized by China Business Law Journal as a “Deal of the Year 2022.”
