Liang Wenli Named to the “2025 China Top 50 & TIPTOP Chief Wealth Advisors” List

Recently, the “10th Asia-Pacific Wealth Forum,” initiated and hosted by the Financial Strategy Think Tank, co-organized by Wealth Management magazine, and with exclusive academic support from Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, officially released the “2025 China Top 50 & TIPTOP Chief Wealth Advisors” ranking. Liang Wenli, Partner at Kingland Partners, was successfully selected for this prestigious list in recognition of his profound expertise and outstanding professional performance in the field of wealth management. Ms. Liang has long focused on tax compliance, tax dispute resolution, and wealth management services. She provides comprehensive tax and legal services to multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and individual clients in areas including corporate restructuring and M&A transactions, domestic and overseas IPO structuring, cross-border investments and transfer pricing arrangements, employee equity incentive plans, and tax-related dispute resolution. In addition, Ms. Liang advises family businesses and family offices on family governance and succession planning, cross-border investment structures, trust arrangements, and philanthropic planning. Ms. Liang holds a Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law and is qualified as both a PRC lawyer and a PRC certified tax agent.
