The China Business Law Journal "China Business Law Awards" upholds the principles of independence, objectivity, and fairness in its selection process. The awards are based on an open solicitation of submissions from both domestic and international law firms, followed by in-depth research and comprehensive evaluation over several months.During the selection process, hundreds of submissions were collected, and thousands of professional feedbacks were gathered from corporate executives, in-house counsel, and senior lawyers. The evaluation team considered significant transactions, landmark cases, and other outstanding achievements with industry impact over the past year.
